Beauleigh is a Toronto-based full-service retail consulting firm and brokerage with projects across Canada. Our specialty is in conceptualizing timeless and sustainable retail environments, that will withstand future growth and development in the communities they're in.
Led by dynamic Partners, Marcelle Rademeyer and Jean-Francois Nault, both with extensive backgrounds in every aspect of retail, Beauleigh has a vibrant team of young professionals, who are dedicated to finding long-term, impactful solutions for our clients.
As every one of our projects is unique, we offer a comprehensive menu of services, which can be tailored to suit each client and project's needs. We direct every project that we are engaged in from A to Z. Our focus is providing strategy-based solutions for our clients and ensuring that there is a clear and concise implementation process in order to realize the final vision. Our process is detailed and rooted in strategy, data, analytics, and market intel. We provide in-depth retail and market analyses to assess and understand how the project fits in its marketplace currently, then based on our research and findings we dive into the fun stuff— the retail vision and strategy. We look at everything from merchandise mix to identifying zones of opportunity. We then devise layout and configuration options, paying close attention to the design and aesthetic of the retail component, to create the right atmosphere for each project. Finally, our team begins implementing the leasing strategy. A business case is laid out by creating proformas, devising a viable tenant mix, and ultimately negotiating the deals. Our niche is retail. Our forward-thinking clients trust our expertise and believe in our vision. We handle all types of retail assets and projects across the country, from mixed-use triple-A office towers to major regional shopping centres, transportation hubs, hotels, mixed-use residential/retail developments, and power centres. We also work with municipalities on urban strategies for existing and future developments.
In our newest exciting venture, we are representing Shake Shack in its Canadian expansion. Working with the teams at Osmington and Harlo Entertainment, the goal is to open 35 locations in the next 10 years. We are expanding the tenant representation side of the business and partnering with strategic brands to help them expand nationally.
