FIRST CANADIAN PLACE + EXCHANGE TOWER

Location: 100 and 130 King Street West, Toronto

Project Details:  Towering 72 Storeys, First Canadian Place (FCP) has remained Canada’s tallest business landmarks since 1975, with 232,000 SF of retail space. Directly connected at the concourse level is Exchange Tower, the focal point of Toronto’s financial services industry, featuring 66,000 SF of retail space. Combined, the two towers offer the largest retail component in the Finacial Core with a total of 135 different retailers across 298,000 SF of retail. Beauleigh is responsible for the ongoing merchandising and redevelopment strategies for both FCP & EXT.

BROOKFIELD PLACE

Location: 181 Bay Street
Status: Ongoing
Project Details: Located in the heart of the Financial District, bound by Bay, Wellington, Yonge, and Front Street, Brookfield Place consists of two towers, the Bay Wellington Tower and the TD Canada Trust Tower. Bay Street is home to some of the world’s most prestigious financial and legal firms, and the corporate headquarters of many preeminent Canadian corporations, the 2.6M SF complex fosters business and commerce of global significance. Beauleigh is responsible for the ongoing merchandising and redevelopment strategies for all of the retail in the property.


BAY ADELAIDE CENTRE

Location: 333 Bay St., 22 Adelaide St. W and 40 Temperance St.
Status: Ongoing
Project Details: Bay Adelaide Centre encompasses an entire city block and currently consists of two AAA office towers totalling two-million square feet, including the West Tower (333 Bay Street) and the East Tower (22 Adelaide Street West). A third tower, Bay Adelaide Centre North Tower is now open — featuring a newly designed Food Court on the concourse level, and a flagship restaurant on the street level. Scotiabank is the anchor office tenant for the North Tower occupying 420,000 SF. Beauleigh is responsible for the ongoing merchandising and redevelopment strategies for all of the retail in the property.


QUEEN’S QUAY TERMINAL

Location: 207 Queens Quay W
Status: Complete

Project Details:  Queen’s Quay Terminal which is located at the western edge of Toronto’s waterfront has undergone many transformations over the decades.  Beauleigh's mandate involved the repositioning, merchandising, and leasing of the 50,000 SF retail component.  The focus of the remerchandising strategy was to expand the F&B component, adding more relevant concepts, in particular service uses, as well as repositioning Sobey's as an anchor in a new 10,000 square foot urban format store. The objective was to respond to the needs of the growing residential population, as evidenced by the proliferation of condo development in the immediate area.
