Working with the City of Toronto and Osmington, Beauleigh is responsible for conceptualizing the vision and retail redevelopment strategy for the revitalization of this iconic and historic landmark. Beauleigh created the merchandising plan and worked collaboratively with the architects and designers in planning the layout and configuration for the 170,000 square feet of new retail. Beauleigh then curated the tenant mix and developed the marketing strategy for the execution of the plan.

The following neighbourhoods that are now open include the York Street Promenade, Front Street Promenade, The Go York Concourse, Bay Street Promenade, and the Food Court. The Foodie Aisle, located within the Fresh Market neighbourhood is also now open. The remainder of the Fresh Market will open mid- 2023. Union Station will be fully redeveloped and completed by the end of 2023.
