Beauleigh was engaged by True North Sports and Entertainment, owners of the Winnipeg Jets, to spearhead the retail development of True North Square (TNS), a $500M mixed use (office, residential and retail) project in downtown Winnipeg. The vision for True North Square was to be the catalyst for the revitalization of the downtown core. It not only shifted the centre of the core but created a new vitality and vibe for downtown Winnipeg. Today, True North Square is a key element of downtown Winnipeg's Sports, Hospitality and Entertainment District, which connects the BellMTS Place (home of the Winnipeg Jets), the RBC Convention Centre and The Sutton Place Hotel. The Beauleigh team curated and customized the 25,000 square foot food hall for the Winnipeg market, profiling some of the city's top chefs with innovative menus. Hargrave Street Market "is the best of the city, brought downtown", and Winnipeg's go-to destination.
