Over the last six years, Beauleigh has handled the ongoing leasing at the Sheraton Centre. Working with ownership, our team developed a short, medium and long-term retail vision and strategy for the retail, taking into account synergies between the hotel and the retail component, as well as the needs of the office worker and daily traffic on the concourse and street levels. The vision will be executed and phased in over the next few years.
