Our team created the retail vision and strategy for the retail component of the condo development. The focus was integrating the retail into the fabric of the neighbourhood and the community. Beauleigh worked with the owners and architects to optimize the layout and configuration of the retail component to create synergy with the residential component. Beauleigh advised on infrastructure requirements for various retail uses, created the merchandise mix, provided input on storefront design and signage requirements to create the visual and aesthetic impact for the retail befitting the neighbourhood.
